The hosting of carl is really good. Appreciate his efforts and never faded smile which definitely feels good and happy.Carl make us very comfortable and help us in every way he can.
Jawed at the reception also help us to resolve any problem we had regarding rooms.

Great motel, rooms showing some aging because of the maintenance staff do not seem to have the skills to keep it up the way it was made. The food is good to ok. Remember I am reviewing the food from an American point of view.

My stays here have always been pleasant. Location is convenient, rooms are clean and the hotel has a nice overall aesthetic.
Staff are usually very helpful and pleasant. But on my last checkout the overally casual attitude at the front desk wasn't appreciated. No need to go overboard, but understand that there's a level of formality required in this type of interaction.

I used to stay at DoubleTree Dhahran in2016, it was super clean… this time, I didn’t believe how gotten worse so badly..
the beds are broken… Walls are scratched.
Stinky smells in the morning.
I’d never recommend it to anyone..
The ONLY good thing we’re the staff, they were very helpful. Specially Maria.. she totally understood my concerns and frustration… changed my room to the third floor.. so I don’t wake up at 6am smelling cooked onions..
Too bad…

Check in was slow. Attitude in front desk was not the best thing. Signal inside rooms is weak. The room carpet is dirty. The bathroom is very small.
On the bright side. The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good. A lot of variety and good coffee. The hotel lobby is spacious and relaxing.
