I used to stay at DoubleTree Dhahran in2016, it was super clean… this time, I didn’t believe how gotten worse so badly.. the beds are broken… Walls are scratched. Stinky smells in the morning. I’d never recommend it to anyone.. The ONLY good thing we’re the staff, they were very helpful. Specially Maria.. she totally understood my concerns and frustration… changed my room to the third floor.. so I don’t wake up at 6am smelling cooked onions.. Too bad…

Check in was slow. Attitude in front desk was not the best thing. Signal inside rooms is weak. The room carpet is dirty. The bathroom is very small. On the bright side. The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good. A lot of variety and good coffee. The hotel lobby is spacious and relaxing.

I stayed for 11 days. Over the years, I stayed in over 20 other hotels in this part of town, this was most enjoyable. Ladies at the front desk were professional and efficient: quick check in and out, answered calls and replies instantaneously to requests such as cleaning. Breakfast was excellent, variety of dishes to choose from and well served egg station. Few details can be improved such as broken toilet flush button, holes in wall, …

Very disappointed! Restrooms are very small; showers barely can fit one person. The carpet is extremely dirty beyond description. The towels are old and worn out! Breakfast is good and good coffee!

Nice, cosy hotel with quiet, clean rooms. Polite, caring staff. I especially wanted to highlight waiter Carl in the restaurant. Very polite, smiling who always ready to provide a good service. Thanks!
