Brilliant service. Workers were lovely people. Lovely personality. Friendly security staff. This hotel was localed near alot of shops. Had a local pharmacy which was ideal. Amazing place. Beautiful hotel 😍

Lovely hotel, service was great. Rooms could do with some improvements but were clean and comfortable.
Hotel restaurant was huge and for breakfast had a huge buffet range for around £7. Lunch and dinner were disappointing as it was expensive, £10 and the range of food was much lower. Nonetheless, there were countless options outside.
Service was generally great, any issues, staff would be on it to resolve. Just on the leaving day one of the staff who I'd never seen in my whole visit was begging aggressively for more tips after I had already tipped him generously for taking our luggage down.

13 of us stayed their last week.
We had no problems what so ever.
The workers there were many bengali brothers and were really helpful.
We had 3 rooms.
I would definitely stay there again.

We went on a budget umrah and this hotel met that criteria price wise. The hotels, rooms and service was all good. Odd times things wouldn't work but someone would always sort out. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom wasn't great. I think the bathrooms need upgrading. The cleaners were very good. The breakfast was outstanding. The location of Ebrahim Khalil rd is buzzing, plenty of shops on the cheaper side than the clock tower. The downside was the distance. In reality 10 minutes. However due to the large volume of people and the heat would take 20 mins plus. If you are looking for a budget hotel this is the one but be prepared for the walk to the haram.

We stayed as a family of 8 in August for days in two quadruple rooms. We had a great time. 15-minutes walk from Haram with plenty of restaurants en route.The rooms were clean and room service was reliable. Breakfast was very nice and staff friendly. I would stay here again for Umrah.

Dar Aleiman Grand Hotel is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. A very large hotel comprising 20 floors with more than 640 rooms. Rooms are clean, spacious and in better conditions. All of the workers are doing a tremendous job. You will be amazed by the great hospitality offered. Rooms are available at a very good price. Located on the main road, half a kilometer from Haram. A variety of foods available inside and outside the hotel.
Other amenities include 2 informal restaurants, as well as a casual coffee shop.
