Overall service is excellent. Especially the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Dinner on Thursday (Turkish night) was just average.
Rooms need improvement. Leakage and foul smell in toilet which also affects the room environment.

Foods are great, very accomodating staff. Also the place was nice and clean. We tried their dinner buffet and its worth the price. Keep it up!

I like this hotel. The breakfast was good, service was memorable, and the rooms were spotless. Jahirul from Housekeeping did a fabulous job keeping my room clean and replenished. I liked the available equipment in the gym; and that it was maintained well. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

One of the finest hotels in this part of Riyadh. The building is relatively new. The hotel is well located with many restaurants and other services near-by. The hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food on-site is very good. They also have an indoor heated swimming pool and a gym. The area outside the hotel is pleasant for evening walks. The value-for-money is good.

We are pleased with this property. The service was the best. Everyone was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. we believe that the hotel was very fully occupied, we never felt overwhelmed by guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Thank you very much like your amazing service
