Good hotel.. and good value for the money
I am appreciating the good service at this hotel
I remember very well Mubarak from the house keeping team. He is very friendly and helpful

My stay was nothing but amazing. Good ambience.. The food was great and my room, 235, is always kept clean. Staff are nice specially Jahirul!

Staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is fantastic for breakfast, lunch,and dinner amd very vegetarian/vegan friendly. Chef went out of his way to ensure it was clear which items were veg and also offered to prepare custom dishes. Recommend.

Rooms can benefit from an uplift. Bathroom specifically is in a bad state. All else seems good.
Always lacking towels. I don't know why this is the case. Even when asked for hand towels, I got one. Not sure why this would be issue in a hotel of this scale.
The location was excellent and the service at the front desk is very good.

Everyone was super helpful. Any question, direction, and favor I asked was always welcomed and solved. The staff definitely made my stay a great experience. Mahmoud was amazing and super helpful 5 stars!
