Room service and hotel amenities are good. But the main reason made me to give 5 star ⭐️ is Restaurant team and Service. Restaurant team under supervision of Mr. Benjamin (Ben) are doing great job. From the moment you step in the restaurant, warm welcome and superb caring service was given. They make sure to come and check on you if you need anything more. And while going out of restaurant warm farewell thank you is always there. Overall, big thanks to Ben and his team as this kind of super service is given each and every customer who walks in. Ben is your key asset off your company. Well done Ben and restaurant team!!!!

What an absolute delight it was to experience the buffet lunch date with my family, all thanks to the exceptional service of the staff, especially Mr. Benjamin! From the moment we stepped in, his warmth and attentiveness made our dining experience truly extraordinary. It was a one night stay and the hotel was quite busy with guests due to an event in the city. Bit they were able to maintain service in a decent way but I would expect more as in comparison with other Crowns plazas. The front desk staff was very warm and helpful though. The amenities in the room were okay and the rooms are old...

All the foods are nice and sumptuous. We had a blast buffet dinner with friends and colleagues celebrating special event as we are far away from love ones away from home.Happy tummy here and went out with smiles. Thank you

We did a wedding at the venue hall, the service was TOO bad and the superiors no where to be found.. the sisters of the bride did everything from scratch even cleaning the floors after coffee spots! The Philippines cleaning ladies were literally doing nothing and taking pictures of themselves in the mirror also stole the wedding chocolates 5 boxes went missing they left the trays only without the chocolates!! And they said the guests ate every piece, it was unbelievable!! The rooms has no lights they have small dim lights that we had to bring more lights to prepare there. If you’re going to book the venue for a wedding I wouldn’t recommend it at all.. Even the valet refused to take the guests cars and they haven’t informed us that we have to bring valet company! Unacceptable for a crown plaza. Ruined the reputation not only to us but to our guests too.
