Staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is fantastic for breakfast, lunch,and dinner amd very vegetarian/vegan friendly. Chef went out of his way to ensure it was clear which items were veg and also offered to prepare custom dishes. Recommend.

Rooms can benefit from an uplift. Bathroom specifically is in a bad state. All else seems good.
Always lacking towels. I don't know why this is the case. Even when asked for hand towels, I got one. Not sure why this would be issue in a hotel of this scale.
The location was excellent and the service at the front desk is very good.

Everyone was super helpful. Any question, direction, and favor I asked was always welcomed and solved. The staff definitely made my stay a great experience. Mahmoud was amazing and super helpful 5 stars!

Negatives:
The Ramadan breakfast buffet wasn’t as good as the comments said , although the food options were diverse ,every thing i tried was a bit cold ,and the reason that most of its comments were complimenting the buffet ,is because the Chef would visit the customers and ask them for high rating.
Positives:
The staff were very welcoming ,and once we reached there they found us a table ,and served us some dates and arabic coffee.
they didn’t even asked about our reservation until we finished eating.
They also refill the food regularly once they pot is empty ,but was still cold
Overall i don’t recommend eating here ,and i wouldn’t repeat this experience again

We enjoyed the delicious buffet and are very thankful for the helpful service. The food was absolutely delicious, very bite. Great setting and service. Thank you ?
