I have been staying this place since 2020. I have stayed quite several time on business trip and I observe decline in service and standard.
The breakfast used to be very good with a variety of food items, fresh juices nuts etc. Now they reduces several items.
There used to be complementary fruit basket for frequent customer which is not being served now.
The food menu is quite old and I have not seen any new items added or revised.
Cristal has not updated or added any new movie or drama since 2020. In this limited collection, some of them does not work.
The internet speed is slow and takes alot of time for browsing.

I’d say it’s an ideal hotel for family, it’s in the industrial area 2 which makes it peace and quiet. The pool was amazing and breakfast too. The housekeeping staff Abdul Rahim was awesome. Overall all staff are well trained including reception lady staff.

Unless you’re a business person in Riyadh to conduct business in the industrial area, Cristal Amaken is just too far outside of the city.
However, everything else about this place is magnificent!

The hotel was nice and the room was good. However my job finished early so I checked out 2 days early. They made the refund process much to difficult. I paid with a credit card and staff says they cannot refund to card. Directly. I must write my name and card number on paper and they will send to finance for approval. I said I didn't want to write my card number for fear of theft. They demanded this is only way possible for refund. My colleague also checked out early and decided to take a cash refund. The hotel had incorrect dates on his invoice and all but refused to change the dates. Our company reimburses so dates and prices are important. They make this process much too difficult I will not return. .

Amazing room space with all the required facilities and top in class for any business trip. I strongly recommend it with all the given services. Staff are so polite and friendly namely Employee Mutaib who has spared no efforts to support.
