Horrible nights. If you want to have sleepless nights, go there !
I was there for 2 nights, and both nights, there were weddings happening in the hotel, the music was so loud that I felt they were partying in my room.
The first night they stopped at 3 am, that's when I could sleep. So I asked for another room ( weddings happen at 2nd floor, fyi), they put me at the 4th floor. Bad luck, the bass reach and it was shaking my bed still. At 2 am, I called again, they said they can't stop the music, so they moved me to the 5th floor in the middle of the night. The premium floor. Only place calm it seems.
That's not a hotel, thats a club.
Slept 4 hrs per night. Horrible.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the food during my stay at the hotel. It was not up to my expectations and didn't taste fresh, also the service was poor, and despite calling multiple times, our orders were ignored by the reception. It really affected our stay.

Not a luxury line, but if you are in need to reserve in it, the staff is so friendly and flexible and you will be comfortable..
And it’s clean in general, but the restaurant might need to clean the table set after customers..

Do not come here !!! So bad service the girls in the reception are so rude and the guy who join them his name Abdulaziz was even worst trying to show off infront of them they didn’t solve my problem which was the smell of the room which was so awful because of the mold , and the sounds coming from a party i. The hotel itself , actually they were so unprofessional. And no manager is available in the shift.

The hotel’s service is so bad, the punctuality needs to be fixed, not even improved but fixed, because everytime we make reservations for transportation to go somewhere, it’s always late no matter if you reserve it 1 hours prior or 1 days prior. I hope the transport management will fixed this issue if they wish for the guest to have an amazing experience. The toilet’s light is keep blinking and it’s not comfortable. It needs to be improved for sure, but the only reason for us to stay is because it’s near the place we need to go and that’s it.
