Tanvir and his team offer a perfect service every time. It’s my 3rd visit to this hotel. They are very attentive, use good quality decor and anticipate their Guest needs. Would recommend Tanvir to the management for a promotion due to the high levels of service!I will definitely come back again because of his team’s service.

First time in Saudi Arabia and we sat at Cantonal. Super nice hotel for tourists and business. Rooms are spacious and very clean and staff friendly and always keen to help. Special thanks to Abeer and Radji who made us feel special.

Stay here for 12 nights, Hotel good service for breakfast and staff: Jahiroul Alam was very friendly and smart, with good memory of what I like. I don’t have to request then he will prepare for me.

My 1st visit and definitely not the last. I was upgraded to a better room with breakfast for 2 for 4 days. The service is quick and welcoming. The basement is just perfect with 2 floors for guests. Great location. The waiter Jahurel tries his best every morning to give us a wonderful breakfast experience.

Excellent hotel and location. You can see that they try hard to provide an excellent service and experience for guests. Also excellent value for money.
In particular mention' Jeheroul Alam a waiter in the Med restaurant who goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service...anticipating guests' requests.
