As my staying experiences in your hotel, everything well included foods, services and rooms both restaurant and hotel room. However, the payment policy makes us not satisfied because the advanced payment before you sell your services. Yes, we, Cambodian always a great honor. The guess should only deposit some amount and will be paid when check out.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with modern décor and crisp bed sheets. The buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! One of the waiters named zuhair was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent hotel and location. You can see that they try hard to provide an excellent service and experience for guests. Also excellent value for money it was good time
In particular mention' Jahiroul Alam a waiter in the Med restaurant who goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service...anticipating guests' requests. Thankyou

I’ve had the most amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helped me with everything I asked for. The food is a 10/10 and the rooms are very clean. The view from Sky-lounge is amazing. A special thank you to the management department for everything.

I had a great stay at this hotel.
It was very clean, rooms were modern, fresh, well serviced. Food was fresh, the waiting staff was very kind and professional.
The reception staff was exceptionally good, they were always willing to help, especially when I had emergency situations, very well spoken with great English, very kind manners and an always distinguished appearance.
I easily recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Riyadh for business.
