My recent stay at the JW Marriott Riyadh was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and a sense of luxury that continued throughout my visit.
The hotel's elegant design and modern amenities create an ambiance of sophistication. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the stylish decor, was evident and made for a truly comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was dining at the hotel's restaurants. The culinary offerings were exquisite, with a diverse range of cuisines to choose from. Whether indulging in local Saudi dishes or savoring international flavors, each meal was a culinary delight.
The hotel staff deserves special praise for their impeccable service. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. From restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation, their professionalism was truly commendable.

Very comfortable room. Nice touch with a chocolate plate as a welcome gift for the room. Only spent 2 nights. The bathroom had both a shower room and a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The wireless charger, although a nice idea was super slow to charge.

I had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott for the Leap event, and I must say, it was an absolutely extraordinary experience. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was captivated by its elegance and sheer luxury. The staff, led by the exceptional Abdulsalam Alshowaya, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was impeccable. Their hospitality made me feel truly valued and well taken care of throughout my time there.
The room I stayed in was nothing short of magnificent. The spaciousness, combined with the tasteful decor and plush furnishings, created a perfect blend of comfort and style. It was evident that every detail had been meticulously attended to, resulting in an atmosphere that was both inviting and relaxing.
Overall, my stay at the JW Marriott for the Leap event was truly remarkable. From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service and the overall ambiance of sophistication, I wholeheartedly recommend the JW Marriott for anyone looking to create lasting memories during any occasion.

One of the top tier hotels in town. Beautiful views from the rooms as it is one of the tallest buildings in Riyadh (3rd tallest if I am not mistaken). The Riyadh skyline looks beautiful during sunrise and sunset.
The staff is professional, friendly, helpful and polite.
Delicious culinary options ranging from intercontinental, Arabic and the best steakhouse.

It’s a modern hotel but completely business oriented. The place is crawling with over tense suits busy working. The entire atmosphere reflects that and allows no room to relax. As a tourist stay away. As a corporate exec I guess this place is fine if you don’t mind a tense ambiance.
As far as the room goes, they are clean and modern without any local aesthetics, lacking flavor actually. The beds are very hard and the layout is small unlike other Saudi hotels.
The staff are hit or miss. The front desk was really kind but the concierge did not speak English and the restaurant crew were not so pleasant.
The most disconcerting aspect is the JW steakhouse. They portend to be rivals of Japanese meat but in reality it tastes worse than supermarket meat. I ordered a steak and it was even sour and tough. Not to mention the price is over $100usd per piece.
Overall I cannot recommend this hotel at all but I don’t think anyone stays here on their own not part of a corporate paid network.
