We stayed on the 4th floor. Roshan meeting room. it was nice, clean, food was clean and great and has a good cooling and view. we stayed at this meeting room for 2 days.
My concern was on the hotel hospitality and staff. they removed the Snacks & refreshments so early. as early as 1:00 pm, 4 hrs before we supposed to leave the room while we were still there and supposed to take exam at 4pm and leave the meeting room at 5 pm. Were we supposed to spend the other half of the day after 1pm without any snaks or refreshments?* I'm very very disappointed by this service.

Very nice hotel with excellent and friendly staff and good facilities.
Initially i searched for a comfortable accommodation as close to Kingdom
Arena, so the location was not a central one, but suitable for my purpose.
Awesome steakhouse within the hotel, with zero wine or beer available whenever))
In-room there were couple of things that looked a bit second-hand or worked improperly (like body-lotion in a semi-filled bottle or non-working electronic-room-service), but in general everything was good, and the personnel - very gentle and attentive.

After hearing numerous positive reviews, I finally decided to give this place a try. Arriving a bit early on the weekend, we were fortunate to snag a lovely central seat in this bustling spot. The interior is wonderfully designed, boasting a high ceiling that imparts a spacious feel. I Love everything about your hotel. The services are of high class and the guest are attended to very well. The drinks and the food are everything.
I will be doing it oftenly. I refer everyone who will read this comment that Jw Marriott Hotel fork and pipe is all you need.🤍Thank you Jay for your generosity and hospitality🙏🙏🙏

This is an amazing hotel. Thank you to Riyadh for the warm welcome at check-in and Alanoud in the executive lounge for a fantastic experience. Both provide excellent customer service and hospitality, which improves our travel experience. We had a great time and vacation here and will definitely come back. The location was closed to all activities.

It’s always great to be back to Marriott, specially JW, their services are quite good and health clubs are at par. Breakfast has plenty to offer but it still has room to improve in terms of addition non gluten and non dairy options.
