We stayed on the 4th floor. Roshan meeting room. it was nice, clean, food was clean and great and has a good cooling and view. we stayed at this meeting room for 2 days.
My concern was on the hotel hospitality and staff. they removed the Snacks & refreshments so early. as early as 1:00 pm, 4 hrs before we supposed to leave the room while we were still there and supposed to take exam at 4pm and leave the meeting room at 5 pm. Were we supposed to spend the other half of the day after 1pm without any snaks or refreshments?* I'm very very disappointed by this service.

Terrible behavior by Ajinkya in the reception. We had an event in 4th floor I was asking for support he said tell your guy from 4th floor to come. I did that on my own. I pushed the trolley but later on when I just came down to welcome my client he asked me to get the trolley from top! I have been to 100s of hotels but never got this treatment. Terrible experience! 3 star hotels treat people better.

Very bad experience after driving for a half hour in bad traffic.
We went to meet a friend in the lobby and to have a cup of coffee and Dinner. But the parking was closed the security refused to allow access to parking , he said that it’s GM instructions. Instead your forced to use valet parking service with a high charge!
My friend and I decided to leave and have dinner some where else.

Well, well. Rooms are ok (Like in any newly built hotel). Had the red light on, yet cleaning team still entered my room where I had private materials and money lying around openly. Also, door was not properly closed after their cleaning so anybody could have walked in. Quite a disaster.
My colleague (a Titanium member) had charged a salad to her room and was haunted by hotel staff since the front desk had not taken extra credit from her credit card at check in. They knocked on her room door at midnight (!!).
Not JW Marriott standard. Won't be back.

Receptionist is so rude. Heard good reviews about the place until we entered and was shocked on our experience with them. The man standing there spoke to us as if we are nothing. No one smiles! extremely unhelpful. They told us rooms are fully occupied even though we’ve booked beforehand. Told us there is nothing we can do. We stood there! A typical fiver star hotel would have asked us to wait in the lounge get us a drink be extremely helpfully and friendly they did the exact opposite! This hotel downgrades their clients and I would never recommend it to anyone will make sure that people know about this !
