Positive:
Location is very good Batha, Murraba, Riyadh Zoo, Museum, Place, Lulu and many others places are very close to this hotel.
Medical store, 2 Badala(Shops) and 2 basic food restorant just besides the hotel.
Laundry also just besides make gate.
Good luxurious and spacious rooms.
Neat and clean
Cleaning of rooms and kitchen regularly.
Negative:
Rates are high not much reasonable
Plumbing of hotel very old hence difficulty in hot and cold water supply while bathing in shower.
Room AC is OLD type

We stayed here for 3 years on company accomodation ...cheers..very friendly, supportive staff. Cleaning, Swimming pool is good. Hotel rooms are spacious. Entrance lobby is good too. They renovated recently.
