It was a great experience staying there for 6 nights in a deluxe serviced room. Lovely hotel with professional staff and the facilities were excellent. The only downside is the variety of food and very limited choices on the menu for Asian/Indian vegetarians, I have seen this is something common in most hotels in that area. Overall this hotel is highly recommended and my special thanks go to the driver Muhammad Imran, the housekeeping staff and the front desk team for their kind support during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Ascott Rafal Hotel in Riyadh. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The hotel's amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were impressive. The location is convenient too, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Ascott Rafal Hotel for a memorable stay in Riyadh.

Ascott. Is a straight 4.
Rooms are clean, service is good, facilities are well maintained. However there is so much construction surrounding the place at this point in time which they can’t help and unfortunately it’s a 24 hour operation. Restaurant is Oka but there are so many great options out in Riyadh, so not sure why you would eat at the restaurant considering pricing. Buffet breakfast has many options so definitely worth having this included.

I am staying here right now. My company extended my stay in this hotel for one more week and sent them an email yesterday. Hotel management this afternoon disconnected my room wifi without informing me since my original checkout date was today. Later wifi was restored when I went to Reception and showed the mail from Company to extend my stay for one more week which they missed for amending my check-out dates.. Surprisingly later in the evening one room boy opened the door using his card key without giving a ring in the calling bell. I was shocked to see him inside my room and he left after seeing me. He said he came to see if I had checked out. It's the first time in my life I am having such an experience in a hotel. Hotel Ambience, Breakfast, Room Service, House Keeping all are excellent and can be given 100/100. TV doesn't have any Malayalam channels. There is an iron box but no power point in the room matching the plug of the iron box. There is no Indian food on the breakfast menu or lunch/dinner menu.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. So, this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Thanks to Faisal for the warm welcome and making sure that the issue I encountered with the security will be taken seriously.
