Service is excellent. Front desk was professional. Concierge was polite and helpful. Those assigned in the breakfast hall were all nice.
Place is very central. It’s near to everything like malls, restaurants, and the famous Tahalia street.
Breakfast was okay. Food was not salty which I liked. The bread was great and this was the best in all that is offered in the menu.
The rooms are okay, very spacious. I like the shower room.

The worst hotel ever i made a reservation through booking com and arrived late ( i mentioned in my reservation that i am arriving late )worst staff they do not care and i had to sleep in a car because my flight does not match the policy

They have a JACUZZI that’s big enough for two people!!
This is one of the few hotels in Riyadh that actually has a jacuzzi in the bathroom.
I’ve been to this hotel about 4 times since 2017 and the quality stays good.
This latest time, reception upgraded us to a room with the jacuzzi for free.
Highly recommended for a stay with your significant other.

The location of the hotel is very excellent, almost close to the center, the room is very comfortable and quiet and there is no disturbance, the gym has almost all possible means for doing sports in addition to the swimming pool is clean and its depth is 1.20, the food is delicious and perfect, the room service is at a high level of order and cleanliness, the price It is very suitable with breakfast and dinner, and I especially thank the ladies at the reception for the good choosing the room.
