The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Especially the Saudi reception staff and Chef Ahmed in the restaurant.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Some suggestions: the bathroom has a jacuzzi which nobody uses these days. It's much better to have a proper shower area.
The breakfast should have a nicer coffee...its a small amount but will make the breakfast experience much better.
Overall it's a very nice hotel to stay for a short trip in Riyadh.

Great service!! Was there for 4 days, 3 nights and the staffs were all super friendly and helpful especially Maha and Hadeel. They were super friendly and made sure we were provided with the best quality of service. Thank you for this great experience. Looking forward to come back soon!
