It's not very close to Al-Haram but is walkable. The rooms are okay; what you would expect in a 3-star hotel. Bathroom could have and should have been cleaner. The sink had a terrible, dirty stain all around, which just couldn't be ignored. The bus service was also terrible and unmanageable. No lines; just people pushing each other to get on, and no one to oversee the chaos. That's the reason, we mostly walked to and from Al-Haram. However, I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service and room service, which earned them extra stars. Customer Service made calls to our room almost every day to check if we need anything. The Room Service was very quick and helpful as well.

It's unfortunate to hear that Al Kiswah Tower Hotel did not provide the basic services that were expected during your stay, such as bell boy assistance and room service. Not having bell boys can be inconvenient for guests, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Additionally, the absence of room service can be frustrating for guests who require daily cleaning and restocking of amenities. These are areas that the hotel management should improve to enhance the guest experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

We asked for 3-beds, but it included 5-beds, which is fine. Room and bathroom were spacious but not clean (amenities include soft-pillows, warm blankets, perfect AC, locker, prayer mat, Holy Quran, TV (not working), fridge, towels, shampoo, perfect hot-water) (missing iron, kettle, hair dryer, brush and toothpaste, body wash, room slippers). Room service was never done during 6 nights stay even after asking for many times. Luggage trolley was not available whenever needed, had to handle it myself. Check-in was smooth. Staff rarely understands English. Shuttle service was best. Dry-cleaning was not good. Many cuisines (including Pakistani food) were available inside hotel at a reasonable price.

This hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel when in reality is less than 2 stars starting from the food to their room. I booked two rooms for 4 people and receive 5 beds in each room, the room was very dirty and not cleaned at all, I could tell the bed sheet were reused by others it had many spots on them. My problem is the cleaning because I'm booking a hotel of 4 stars I'm expecting at least good cleaning maintenance and to be able to enjoy. The toilets were dirty and the water barely works I called reception many times and they did not fix it, even the carpet in our room looked dirty. The only floor they had food which they call it ‘restaurant’ was a room with a table and few food choices. Starting from the food to drink nothing was good. I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD BOOK THIS HOTEL because of how my experience was the price is good however you can get many good hotels compared to this hotel.

The place is close to Haram but not really walkable for the elderly. Seems like a good effort making a decent budget hotel fairly near. Clean rooms, buffet and restaurants are very fairly priced. Different towers have different cuisines. In general the hotel is fine but don’t expect any service they are badly under staffed. No wheelchair from the hotel, they have a paid option. Only one person to take the luggage with one trolley for the entire one tower. Didn’t try room service. Staff whatever little was there was polite.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
