Service was good, every call was attended to and a big thanks to the tower 1 staff, especially Afrah. Helped with checking in and checking out and was generally a nice person. But the bathrooms needs to be cleaned well and furniture needs fixing or changed. Aside that everything was great, the vibe around the hotel was great. But after returning from Medina I was disappointed with the room I was given, it had broken sockets and bathroom wasn’t clean.

good room size and good size bathrooms but cleanliness was a down point. Location not too far either and the shuttle service was a really good benefit which was free. Over all good hotel but only issue was the cleanliness and bad smell.

Location of hotel is very nice Rooms also have good outlook but cleanliness is not up to the mark having smell issues. Staff is rude and busy with their mobile phones. Room keys having some technical issues resulting everyone need to visit counter for reactivation of key. Rooms and wash room cleanliness performed only one time after several reminder. Overall not satisfied with Tower 2. However some other visitors confirmed that service in tower 3 is up to the mark.

Almost walking distance from the Haram (depending on your physical strength as it's about 1500 meters) with good decent and clean rooms. Staff is efficient and helpful. Only downside is that their breakfast is not worth paying the money (around 40 riyals) which is charged separate from room rent. Overall good value for money for short stay

Service is average long waiting time for getting rooms.
Washroom is not in good condition
Language barrier.
Good lift service and shuttle service.
Room not maintained furniture is too old.
Make sure you go for tower 1.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
