Honestly speaking. Not recommended at all . So bad management and no reception no customer service. No service at all . No towels in the rooms . No Clothes Hangers . No washing machines . Blood on the bed . Rooms are Zero Hygiene. No Internet in rooms . No landlines. Hotel sewage is on pipe as shows in the picture. The hotel smell so bad from Inside and outside . So dirty rooms. Rooms access cards are not working and get disabled easily . Doors lockers are broken from inside . Doors lock is not working and you need to press so deep to open the door ( Good Luck ) . No washing Machine. No stove . Fridge is so small for 5 people and not working and smell so bad . No Clothes Hangers. Rooms are empty of any kind of facilities. Only dirty rooms and dirty bed sheets. Elevators are not working and it's always so crowded on the main entrance . No guidance or assistance from the hotel to old people. Sometimes you take 20 to 30 minuets either to go to your room from down or to go down from your floor . If you have a disabled person in your family member you need to carry him because wheelchair will slide because the way is so sharp and high. Hotel location is not possible for cars owners and families at all . Since its hidden between houses. I hope ministry of tourism and Ministry of Endowments will have a visit to see how people are treated in Saudia Arabia specially in Mecca. That hotel is not recommended at all if you are in Mecca for Umra or Haj. Please review the pics shared and have a visit for that hotel to believe with your eyes. That place doesn't deserve a single star at All.

Horrible attitude from Mr.haitham dealing in an impolite way
