This is the worst hotel I stayed in. I understand it is an old hotel with long history but it is a hotel afterall! The room smells bad, the couches have stains, the balcony is so dusty, the bathtub is leaking which we asked to fix but never happened. I didn't use any amenities since the pool has no water, I don't know about if there is exist sauna or steam or jacuzzi because all are locked up. The front desk staff are not helpful nor welcoming. It was really a bad choice to stay on this hotel!

To begin with it's the Alhamra hotel and not the Hilton. This estate is legendary and is been serving guests for almost half a century. That being said you could imagine there is a need for renovation works here and there. It has a great lobby downstairs and can get crowded at times. One thing is for sure this hotel is economical

Value for money… it is okay.
But you have to keep in your mind that it is very old building and furniture\ carpet are really smelly, the beds and pillows are good, stuff are nice.

The only problem I faced is I am unable to call to kitchen from my room.
Other then that, everything was great. A bit expensive though.

Holiday Inn Jeddah - al Hamra, an IHG Hotel is one of the best hotels in Jeddah, the hotel is more than wonderful, clean, modern design. Polished rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms, minibars, and sofas, plus complimentary breakfast. The 1- and 2-bedroom executive suites add separate living/dining rooms. Room service is available 24/7. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The food in the restaurant is high level. Other amenities include parking, an air-conditioned prayer hall, restaurants, and an outdoor pool. I visited this hotel at the end of May 2022. The Steam room was under maintenance work. Holiday Inn Jeddah - al Hamra, an IHG Hotel is located on Palestine Rd, Al-Hamra'a Dist, Jeddah.
