リヤドの北西約 200 キロ、シャグラの町の近くに位置するウシャイガー ヘリテージ ビレッジは、この地域で最も古い村の 1 つです。 「Ushaiger」という名前は、「小さな金髪」を意味し、Ushaiger Heritage Village の黄色い泥の家々に影を落として高くそびえる近くの赤い山に由来します。
歴史と文化
歴史的に、この村はクウェートから来る巡礼者の主要な立ち寄り場所でした。その理由は、その淡水の泉と、この地域に密集したオリーブとヤシの木が素晴らしい日陰を提供しているためです。アル セーラム博物館と呼ばれる地元の人々によって設立された博物館では、有名な武器、調理器具、刺繍された衣服、宝石など、村の遺産を垣間見ることができます。
ウシャイガー ビレッジの地元の人々はとても親切でフレンドリーで、訪問者をいつも喜んで助けてくれます。彼らは小さなコミュニティを形成し、ニーズに応えるためにショップ、モスク、学校を開発しました。この村の通りを散歩して、地元の人々の生活を垣間見る必要があります。
いくつかの地区に分かれており、村のいくつかの部分では、彫刻が施された木製のドア、三角形の屋根、美しい窓を備えたナジディ建築を垣間見ることができる家を改装しています。車で山道まで登って、頂上から村の 360 度の景色を楽しむこともできます。

Must-visit! Although, with no tourists and almost no locals, this place feels more like a movie set than a tourist attraction!

It's an interesting place to visit from the point of historical experience but still it's a bit underdeveloped, very limited choice of restaurants, few toilets, there are 2 shops serving teas and arabic coffee. There is a traditional home , nicely restored, which serves both as a restaurant and some kind of museum. We visited the place on Fiday and everything was available to see. No entrance fees.

The most Amazing and unexpected wonder in this part of Saudi Arabia! Next to more famous Diriyah It’s also a beautiful example of Najdi architecture! The whole village is a gigantic site with so many things to see it can make You dizzy. It definitely deserves to be treated better and in my opinion it’s just a matter of time and it will be popped with money like Diriyah so go and check it now! Approximately 2 hours driving from Riyadh and the views on the way are also spectacular.

You’ll enjoy, love the details but you’ll feel like you need more details.
I spent wonderful time in here, and I’ll comeback again.
Note: latterly I lose my way back to the exit gate because there’s no directions or way-finding, and that happened to others, but some people like this for more adventure.. idk but I don’t wanna spend 1 hour to just get back!
