Hamburguesa de ternera - Riad Afirmar

This was the second time I visited burger fuel. I was not happy the first time and true to form they disappointed me the second time too. The main selling point of this place is the 100% organic meat. Unfortunately I think it's a lower quality meat, very fatty and not flavoursome. The sauces help a little but overall not good. The size of the potato fries/chips is really good but the flavour is not that great. This time I bought the Caesar salad with chicken for my wife. When we looked at it, it appeared to be missing something. When I checked their menu, I saw that it only had 3 items and ours was missing the parmesan cheese. I was the only customer in the shop, the server was not busy, he only had to put 3 things in the salad plus the chicken??? I wonder what would happen if they were busy. Burger Fuel is not a cheap place, the only thing making a customer go there is the 100% organic meat. However if you as a business use the cheaper fatty cuts of beef and the servers can't get the order right when there's only 1 customer in the shop then there's only 1 thing that'll happen ?. Great concept but let down by poor quality and implementation. Not a place I'd recommend or visit again. There are more flavoursome burger places in Riyadh.

I used to love these burger 8 months ago, they were my favorite and only burger I liked to eat but since they’ve changed their packaging, they’ve compromised on the quality and taste too. I’ve tried multiple times in last few of months to see if May be it was just a bad day for them, I had to confirm before writing this. Their bread is not brioche anymore at least not a good one as it’s not like the before (I could eat bread alone) it was that good, their reduced the size of the burgers and sandwiches, the chicken got small hardly covering the small bun and less crispy and was over cooked. It makes me so disappointed that I couldn’t eat my favorite burgers anymore. Hope they come to senses and return to the old quality and products.

As burger restaurant it is not recommended Food: we tried beef and chicken burger Beef was not good at all 4 from 10 , chicken burger was better 7.5 from 10. Price: expensive compared to the taste you get. Service: not good at all , even table was not cleaned properly. Overall: interior design is very good but the food and service is not up to the price. If you try it you will not find any reason to come back.
