Had a lovely stay at the Shaza Makkah! Really loved the hospitality, that started at the lobby with fresh drinks and dates, the buffet breakfast after our fajr prayers (the Croissants are a must have), the prayer rooms, and all the way up to our beautiful room with room regular services conducted by the person looking after our floor, Ali Ashraf. We were in level 26 and had a nice view of the surrounding area and distant mountains. Best part is that it's only 10 minutes walk from Masjid al-Haram. They do have a shuttle bus service but I think it takes longer to get to the Masjid with the bus as it has to take longer routes due to on going constructions and road closures. Overall, would highly recommend Shaza Makkah for their excellent service and tastefully decorated rooms.

This hotel is awesome specially their hospitality is so good. I stayed here with my family. The buffet breakfast also excellent. And the Bangladeshi staff are very honest and sincere like Mr Ismail, Mr Mehedi and others Bangladeshi staff. So I really enjoyed and I recommend this hotel for family

This is my favourite hotel in Makkah and I’ve stayed in over 10 including Hilton Alhamdulillah. The ambience in this hotel is great and checking in is fast, most staff speak Arabic and English. All the little details have been thought about. The service is great all round, they are fast to pick up the phone and fast to serve your needs. Housekeeping is great, especially from brother Mahade Hassan and the supervisor Ismail. Flawless cleaning everyday. No shortage of water and they replace your towels and bath mat swiftly. We tried a few items on the room service menu, which all tasted great. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are air tight and also spacious. There is a lounge you can use as a quiet space to work which is very useful for working remotely or studying in-between prayers. We had two interconnected rooms and they unlocked the doorway between them which was very helpful throughout our stay, especially for looking after my toddler nephew. One of the best things in this hotel is the pillows, great night’s sleep… The only thing I’d say was a little bit difficult was the short walk uphill on the way to the hotel and the slight noise from the construction, but that’s how Makkah is generally.

Wonderful vibe, beautiful room, friendly and extremely attentive and helpful staff. Really felt welcome. There's a beautiful cafe with refreshing drinks, snacks, and food. And an appropriately sized kids rooms with plenty of appropriate toys.

The location is good for families, but the rooms are small compared to other hotels. I stayed for one week at Shaza Makkah and paid 585 per night. The room service was too slow. They were nice, but the response time was more than 2 hours. The breakfast and food were good. Overall, I had a good experience, but not worth the cost.
