The suites are spacious. The water pressure is great. The water temperature is also great. But water stagnated on the floor. There is a flaw in the floor angling. Also, the air-conditioner control is not very intuitive. You cannot control a specific room. There were more than 2 spaces but there were only 2 in-wall control pads. The housekeeper goes inside your room with their shoes on. Not sure whether that's standard practice or how. One of the cards they gave does not work. And the unlocking of the door is quite unintuitive. You need to put it in and quickly remove it when the light turns green. Or else you need to start again. The shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram was less frequent near the end of the stay causing long wait and congestion. Other than that, it was very nice.

The hotel is very nice and good value for money. There's a shuttle bus that comes every 5 minutes and takes you to Haram. It takes less than 5 minutes by bus, then you need to walk more for 7-10 minutes to reach elharam. Breakfast was very nice. The room could be cleaner. But overall the experience was very good and the staff are very helpful.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom is quite good. Comfy beds. Though it is little far from Haram but they provide 24x7 free bus service. You don't need to wait long for busses. It takes only 2 to 3 mins to reach bus station (kudai). From there you need to walk half KM to enter from gate 3 holy mosque. Overall a good experience.

Rooms were good Wifi was Poor (Non-existent) even Mobile Data was not working properly on site Only hot water was coming from both side (No Cooling mechanism for water I assume) AC was good, fridge was good, kettle was working They sent a man to fix plumbing issue but he was unable to Elevators were enough (no need to wait longer for lifts) Shuttle Service is remarkable (ample buses) no need to worry about distance (24/7 good bus service) Official checkout time is 12 PM, I asked for late checkout, they will charge you 120 Riyal for 4 hours extra (a bit high)

Wonderful experience in terms of room cleanliness and services. Only the internet was very slow. Shuttle buses are very efficient and are available almost 24/7. It takes 5 mints drive in shuttle and after that max 8-10 mints walk to reach haram.
