This place is quite famous for the crispy duck salad for a good reason. If you visit this restaurant in any branch this dish is a must order on any table! I usually start with seating and service but this dish was cream le creme de la creme!
The service was spectacular and the seating area was very good, they were doing some maintenance so some parts were closed ,including the bar. The lights are dim at night.
The shrimp rolls were good starters. Dim sum isn't my cup of tea I came to realise.
The black cod with truffle was tasty, skin isn't crispy if that is what you are looking for. The beef we asked for medium, we got medium well, dare I say well done, it was chewy, I usually decrease alot of marks due to this but the duck salad and the desert which we will get into in a moment were marvellous.
The dessert was superb, you can check the video the fact that the plate was part of the sweet it self and how the knife passed throw it was a visual pleasure. It's not just an experience the dessert it self tasted brilliant, caramel and chocolate goodness.
Overall, I recommend this place highly for the duck salad in addition to this dessert, you may want to try different dishes or same ones I've mentioned. They have branches around the globe. It was a culunary experience with my culunary partner.
