The place is good, not too crowded. The fries and drinks were fine. But definitely something was wrong with the burgers.

I came in today and i ordered after around 30 mins they said we are out of cheese and hot dog buns! Also they raised their prices on all the menu and by 11 riyals on the cheeseburger!

I ordered online and paid for the order on the website before i came and they didn't even check in their system if they had an online order to prepare it so it can be ready on the time i have chosen , and i had to wait to prepare my order, even though it was supposed to be ready by the time I walked into the restaurant. the idea of ordering and picking the date and time is to make the order ready, In the end i had to wait like i didn't order at all. which made ordering online nothing but a waste of time.

I have tried five guys in Glasgow, Manchester, Paris, Kuwait and Jeddah. They were all great and almost had the same quality expect the one in Jeddah. One of the best things about five guys is their fries. However, in Jeddah it is like any fries you can get from the supermarket. Also, the burger quality is average. Very high price for poor-average quality
