El disfrute de amigos o familiares sentados. El salón sirve bebidas frías y calientes. Tienen café con leche español, chocolate helado, café turco, chocolate caliente, etc. También tienen postres como pastel de azafrán, tarta de manzana, tarta de queso con fresas y muchos postres para comer. We were traveling with young kids. Our experience has been marvelous. From the moment we stepped at the front door to checkout everything was smooth sailing. The front desk / reception takes everything into their hands and welcomes you with open arms. The guards, restaurant staff, room service, are all cheerful & helpful to talk to, yes there could be language barriers at some time but they try their best to find a way & don't ignore you. Absolutely loved our stay.

Very comfortable and clean hotel and very well lit. The mosque (El Haram) is 800 m away on foot. Excellent room service. The staff are welcoming and warm. Thanks to the staff of the Zafaran restaurant and particularly to the very professional Mahmoud Essayed.

Everything is perfect for sure! From reception to room and cleaning, staff is very nice and helpful. Having smile on there face makes the day. Good breakfast. Shuttle service is available 24/7 to Haram.

Stayed 8 wonderful days at the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly starting from the reception to the restaurant. I really appreciate the various lifts available which ease our movements. The food was excellent and abundant and the staff members were very helpful. Mr Ahmad Sayed was always there to ensure his level best. I would highly recommend.

Defining customer service can be tricky. However, upon our arrival from Madinah, we were informed that our room was furnished with two single beds. Despite our request for a double bedroom, considering we're a couple staying for six nights, they outright denied any adjustments. This was quite disheartening. The breakfast was decent, and the shuttle service was efficient, running every 10 minutes. The hospitality upon reception, however, was truly impressive.
