Disappointing Iftar Experience While the restaurant offered a beautiful city view from the 13th floor, the Iftar buffet itself fell short of expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of food replenishment. Trays remained empty for extended periods, leaving guests with limited options. The selection itself was underwhelming. Aside from a variety of salads, there was only fried chicken breast and one fish dish, and unfortunately, it was having bad smell. For the price point, this Iftar buffet felt like a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for a satisfying and well-maintained Ramadan feast.

"Last night, at around 11:30 PM, I arrived at the hotel. After completing the check-in procedures, I entered my room around 11:45 PM. However, I was surprised to find that the bed linens were completely unclean, as shown in the pictures. I called the reception, and the staff said they would send someone to replace them. The person arrived after about 15 minutes with a bedsheet but without pillow covers and bed sheets. I noticed that they were also unclean. When I informed him about the issue and the need for pillow covers, he placed the bedsheet on the prayer mat, as shown in the picture. When I sought help from the reception, they suggested moving to another room. I moved to a supposed-to-be cleaner second room, but it turned out to be worse than the first one, as shown in the video. The staff tried to convince me to go back to the first room, claiming that finding hair on pillows and bed sheets is normal. I had to go down to the reception to resolve the issue, and this continued until 3 AM. You can verify this through the hotel's surveillance cameras." "When I requested an interview with one of the hotel managers, the staff informed me that there is no manager available at the moment, and I should wait until 8 AM. Indeed, I waited until 9:30 AM, but the manager did not show up. This forced me to leave the hotel due to my work commitments."

Nice city hotel with friendly staff. Rooms dont have any work space. Breakfast was ok but could have more variety.

Room is very small, No noise canceling glass, feel like you’re in the streets and there’s a construction works near to the hotel. Room service is not good, for example when I checked in, the room has no spoons for sugar. They brought it later, when using the spoon and leave it they are not cleaning it up when he comes to cleans. Even for the towels, I used the towels and it was wet when they cleaned they just folded it wetly without changing. Breakfast there isn’t much diverse enough, everyday repeated same items. Also for the room access if you went out the room and came back again the card will not open, you need to activate it again from the reception. The hotel is good generally compared to other hotels as the location is good, but the price is high compared to the room size and the service provided. The receptionists were perfect.
