Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, and I never expected such poor service. Here's a detailed review of my experience:
1. Check-in: It took approximately 15 minutes to check in because there was only one person at the front desk. Furthermore, they didn't make any effort to expedite my check-in process, unlike other hotels. To my surprise, I was informed about ongoing maintenance, which Agoda should have notified me about. However, I never received any such notification. Despite my explanation, the staff member didn't seem concerned, leaving me with no choice but to proceed with check-in.
2. Room: The room lacked a coffee machine, and the towels provided were of poor quality. Upon inquiry with room service, I was told that coffee machines are available only in certain rooms, which was unexpected.
3. During my stay: On the second day, I received a notice that the AC system would undergo maintenance, resulting in a 10-hour shutdown during the night. This inconvenience made me uncomfortable, prompting me to leave the hotel with my luggage.
4. Check-out: The check-out process was smooth, occurring around 22:40. However, when I shared my experiences with the front desk, they offered only a perfunctory apology and failed to take any steps to address my concerns.
Overall, while the hotel is clean and well-located, its service like a two-star hotel (if not worse). I would not recommend it for occasions requiring a more memorable experience.
