All the pillow cases either have hair or blood on them. The bedsheets are dirty. There's a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee condiments as you have to book this separately (never heard of this in any place I have stayed previously). Rooms will only be cleaned if you personally ask someone. Smoking in the hallways despite being a no smoking area yet no one says anything to the guests. The rooms and all the facilities in the room just look disgusting. Aside from the fact that the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Mosque, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were friendly and the room was decent for the price but the bathroom was very poor and unhygienic it had blood stains in the toilet and the towels provided had a blood stain also. Aswell as this there was hair in the bath tub and bugs everywhere.

A stay in this hotel is not recommended! The place is very poorly managed and in desperate need for interior renovation. For a three star rating the least expected service is neatness and hygiene. Housekeeping is non existent and you may need to clean your toilet yourself. Worse is to clean the toilet after the previous occupant before you even get to use it. Consideration for a potential stay is strongly adviced against.
