One of the most beautiful views I have ever seen not just from a hotel balcony but in general. An amazing experience to not only be in beautiful landscape but to relax and be in comfort at the same time. The staff were amazing, my room with the premium balcony was spectacular. The dinner was tasty and a nice touch after a long day. Breakfast was a nice wake up and the gift shop was an amazing way to support and take home art from the wonderful people from here. This hotel was a spectacular stop in my journey, the views were unforgettable and highlighted the amazing lands of our world. Thank you again, and I recommend this hotel to all to experience the Monument valley .

You've come a long way (probably) to arrive at the spectacular Monument Valley. Do yourself a favour and stay here. The sunsets and sunrise are one of a kind. Stayed one night a few weeks ago and were pleasantly impressed. The staff was very professional, the room was very clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. Enjoy the view from your private balcony. We misplaced ear buds and the hotel contacted us before we realized they were left behind. Shipped to us within a few weeks. Thankyou!

They sold us a dream, but we came down fast! The price is clearly not worth the experience. The staff are as unsympathetic as I've ever experienced. When we went to the restaurant for dinner (the only option for eating within an acceptable radius), the disappointment went down another notch; we were greeted by a lady as warm as a prison door, to whom we almost wanted to apologize for wanting to come and eat. We waited 15 minutes to be placed (which gave us time to go to the store next door) and when our pager started ringing, I could see her getting upset because we were taking 3 minutes to arrive... Well, there's no need to stand on ceremony, right ? We were - I think - lucky enough to find the only waitress who didn't pull a long face. The food was... worthy of the rest: a defrosted hamburger and my chili con carne that probably came from a supermarket-bought can. All this for a price that far exceeds the quality, of course. When we were due to collect our bottle of water, the lady (as friendly as ever) indicated that she would bring it to us. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the staff's questionable attitude, she let us fetch the bottle of water on our own :-D Cherry on top: a breakfast matching the rest of the experience. Oh god... really, if we had known, we would have stayed elsewhere. The 15 minutes of sunrise in the morning are not worth the rest of the very unpleasant experience.

This is not a national park just a heads up. The positive! This is the place to stay to enjoy the valley. Make sure you check in before sunset to enjoy the valley and the sunrise is amazing coming up over the valley in the morning. The negative ! I have stayed here a couple times now and it seems to be getting more nickel and dime you! The breakfast went from being a nice warm and fresh to a motel 6 grab and go stale bread, and pop tarts. Then to top it off you’re paying about $300 a night (Saturday) and you don’t get access to the park! They want you to drive back down the hill and get in line to pay $8 a person to enter. Which is fine but come on you can’t purchase at the front desk! I would recommend you stay for one night and move on to another location It only take one day to experience the valley.

We paid $400 for a room with premium view. This is a once in a lifetime experience and totally worth it. We enjoyed sunset and watched the stars at night and the sunrise. The gift shop had an excellent selection and was not pricey. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The only downside was the food in the restaurant, it was good but plain, I was hoping for some Southwest style. The drive through the Monuments was spectacular, just be prepared for a bone jarring ride.
