Millennium Taiba Hotel Madinah es un hotel de lujo de cinco estrellas en Medina.

Al Madinah Munawwarah, o La Ciudad Iluminada, es el hogar de Al Masjid An Nabawi , la segunda mezquita más sagrada y la segunda más grande del Islam. Es conocida como la Mezquita del Profeta; el Profeta Muhammad (la paz sea con él) lo construyó él mismo, y también es el lugar de descanso final del Profeta (la paz sea con él).

La ubicación de Taiba Hotel Madinah es ideal para aquellos que están en la ciudad para una peregrinación religiosa. Es el hotel de Medina más cercano a Al Rawdah Al Sharifah (es decir, el Jardín Noble). Está a solo 250 metros de Al Masjid An Nabawi y a 57 metros al suroeste de Al Masjid Al Ghamama . We stayed at Al Aqeeq last week. When we arrived at 3pm we were told that we have to wait for a room to be available without any timescale. Bearing in mind we booked the hotel 4 months prior and arrived after check in time. We were not the only people who had to wait either. There were several people who had already been waiting for hours. There was no communication from reception staff and you had to queue up with everyone else to find out what was going on. The room itself was very nice. We were surprised by the size and presentation. We were pleased with the room and had no faults apart from the cleanliness. The room was clean to an extent. The cleaning staff did not clean thoroughly as there was still dust and rubbish on the floor. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed getting it everyday. The location was superb. The Haram was right across the road, it took you direct to the women’s gate, men were allowed to walk through the gate as well. Overall, we would stay there again as we liked our room, breakfast and its great location.

At best, this is a 3 star hotel in terms of facilities and 2 stars in terms of service. The only saving grace is the location, as it is very close to the Haram. The elevators are very, very slow. If you are disabled or on a high floor, be prepared to wait. They are woefully understaffed. You may go several days without having your room cleaned, and when they come, it will be a very cursory cleaning. The lack of staffing extends to the restaurant, where tables are cleaned after extended periods of time, leading to people waiting around without a table, cutlery and napkins nowhere to be found, and empty food stations. I have heard concierge loudly sigh at not receiving what they perceived to be an adequate for tip. Our 3-bed room had two regular beds and one creaky roll away bed. I do not recommend this hotel unless you get a great deal.

Staff so rude, ask a question and they dint reply just carrying in with their own work. Have a coffee machine in the room, but dosent come with any coffee beans or filled up at all. Elevators take 20 minutes to get down from floor 4 to ground floor bearing in mind there's 14 floors only. Staff don't answer the phone when calling customer service. Staff always on phone when waiting to talk to in reception. Very appalling

The location is perfect. You're minutes away from the masjid and in between both the men and women's side which was great. The Service was also really great. Saraa helped us and she was so kind. Our family has booked two rooms as we're A bigger family and she upgraded us to a suite so that we can be close to each other. On top of that, she checked up on us to make sure everything is good and when we were having some issues, the staff came and helped right away. This place is definitely worth the stay.

We stayed here for 1 night. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s very near for the ladies entrance (3 minutes walk). There is also Bin Dawood Supermarket (1 minute walk) just across the hotel. The breakfast is good and have a decent range of varieties. One thing that stood out was, hotel staff. It was one of the best, making sure that the customers have a decent stay and they were quick to attend the issues. Another thing, there was a personal letter signed by the hotel manager, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. ????
