This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced, there is no such thing as customer service or care, you have a phone in room for room service etc but no one can understand English when you try and call someone? The quad rooms are so small you just can't get enough room to move around, when i asked for bottles of water to be sent up they said they were chargeable? The girl with the glasses at the reception does not have any time for you whatsoever especially if you have come from overseas, After paying £100's for the room? Went down to have breakfast with my family yesterday morning and there was literally nothing there to eat for the kids, when I approached the manager of the kitchen I was shown 2 small containers of cereal for kids which could only be eaten with hot watered down milk ( disgusting) all the rest of the food was days old so had to go out the hotel to buy proper food for my family, there is no such place in the hotel for complaints as no one listens to them, if you are ever deciding to come to madina then please avoid this hotel at all costs, your booking agent will say its a good hotel but in reality it is DREADFUL, I am sharing this review to stop other people suffer what we went through, had I read the reviews before paying I would NEVER have come here, I hope I can help people by avoiding this place.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. The washroom is okay as well with appropriate supply of warm and cold water. The staff is courteous as well but inefficient. They do not clean your room or refill your toiletries on time. The staff is unable to provide water bottles on time unless you ask them. The rooms are small so it's almost impossible to walk if you have four beds in your room. The location is around 1km away from haram I guess but it's not bad. For elderly people I would recommend something more closer for younger people this is absolutely fine.

Worst experience. First of all they said there was parking available when we booked, when we arrived they said no parking and we had to park infront of the building and our car got heated up coz of the weather. Then they said free dinner and served very few options of tasteless food, as if they didn't have spices in the kitchen. there was no place to sit and we almost sat on each others lap. Tbh everything tasted same, tasteless without salt, and even the desserts did not have sugar lol. The room had 4 beds, but the room size was so small there was barely place to move for the 5 for us. The washroom was the worst part, it was so so dirty there were poop stains on the toilet seat( which we had to clean) and also on the wall, we felt constipated even looking at that, as we all did not even want to use something as disgusting as that??. (Photo below) The breakfast was paid, still did not have many options, there were nuggets but they seemed uncooked. They didnt know what to cook so they just cut tomatoes and topped it with cheese and it didnt have any taste. We thanked Allah atleast eggs were there. The only good thing there was the location. It was very close to masjid AL Nabawi so it was convenient for us to walk to the masjid on the prayer timings.

Outstanding service, girls in front desk make sure that you get your needs immediately, I can't explain how warm my family felt when a girl named "Aintisar" from the front desk check on us everytime if we need anything, my family have really appreciated the hospitality and the warm welcoming of the stuff there. 5 stars totally deserved

Very arrogant staff. Top and middle management is sleeping while bangla people are actually managing everything very poorly at this hotel. Tasteless food. No Room service. There are many hotels around near haram which provide better value for money. Very disappointed and definitely not recommended.
