Very bad service , after arrived to room and slept door knocked bags guy asking if i asked to bring bags down he was mistaken in room number, and 6 am in ramadan labors working in hotel external facade with hammers and drills and when i asked the reception to stop the noise their reply was what we can do for you is to change rooms ,, at 6 am!!

Bad experience in restaurant little foods buffet and more for sweets, not good the servants specially the waiters, I’m there March 3 in event masquerade ball alumni.

Good people at reception and restaurant. Mr. Pervez was very helpfull. Room and washroom was clean. Overall happy. Cons: reception needs work and a bit over priced.
