Location is amazing and for the price you pay, you get a pretty nice room. Clean and it’s exactly the same as the pictures. Wifi is absolutely horrible, it works when we open the door but disconnects when we close it which is ridiculous. Nice room amenities but i can clearly tell some surfaces need dusting.

The location is perfect for travelers and the breakfast was nice though the choices of the food is minimal.The room is spacious and looks great. The service needs improvement. Staff needs more training which up to the level of guest satisfaction. I have to call more than 2 times just to get my room cleaned. Drainage flies all over my bathroom, stained and damage linens kept in my room. And when I asked for extra water the attendant was hesitant to provide. The corridor has a smoke smell which I can also smell it inside my room. It seriously affects the quality of my sleep since I am allergic to smoke. So far my experience wasn’t up to the level of my expectations.

Rooms are good , decent location some staff very rude, seems like they need a good leader to ensure good customer service to all staff. For the locals it is a nice stop because of the location the worst part about this place is that if you do booking from any application and if you arrive late they don’t keep your availability and the excuse they have us booking so doesn’t know they availability even though i don’t understand how can some one use this excuse when everyone know it’s them who should handle the availability in the application, but other than that it’s ok not bad but at this price you could get better ones around

The hotel is extremely clean and is constantly being serviced. Staff, for the most part, are quite friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty good based on the room rate. There is nothing within walking distance, except Lulu Hyper Market, which you need to avoid at all cost during afternoon - evening hours. Handicap access is available, but it’s not practical for someone with a full-size van with a lift. The depth of parking left the back of the van too far into the street. The ramp into the hotel leads partially to a glass wall, and making the turn to enter the door is a dangerous maneuver. We had to use the back entrance, which was difficult as well because some inconsiderate guests parked their car in a way that made access extremely difficult.

I stayed for 4 nights and will definitely come back. The receptionists are very well trained, friendly, and efficient. I checked in in less than 5 minutes including the time of introducing me to the facility and services. The supporting staff are all decent, helpful, and kind. They always helped me fast and with a smile. The room is so spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed size is convenient and mattress and pillows very comfy. Also sound insulation is super at 95% or more. Cleanliness and smell are maintained around the clock to render great results especially for someone who sees them as nonnegotiable. Room service is super fast and food is delicious, felt like homemade. Also the portion was very generous. It’s definitely great value for money with excellent service provided. Keep up the good work👍🏻
