The hotel rooms were spacious and the equipments were generally OK. The price was reasonable in comparison with the hotels around, and breakfast was OK. HOWEVER, I had to kill two little cockroaches myself. Contacted the management, they sent me the housekeeper to get it checked and that’s all. No sorry, no manager nothing and no one showing up to claim responsibility or offering me help. I had to push myself to get my room changed. Then they gave me another room in the same floor.

One of the worst Hotel I ever stayed in Saudi Arabia. Stars are not cooperative and rooms are in very worst condition. Prices are high and quality is very worst. I opted one room, Bathroom taps are short circuited and can’t use. Finally they shifted to another room, very annoying thing is bathroom drain was not working and water is coming reverse from the drain and spreader all over the bathroom. Beds are like stone bench, I struggled to spend one night in this bad hotel that too with family. I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel and it is in really bad condition. Deserve zero rating

Management treatment for the filipinos are bad, poor. If you ask a drinking water the waiters will just give to you a dispenser water which that dispenser they use in the morning for juices ?. Lunch time and dinner time they use it for drinking water. (Contaminated is real!) i ask for bottled water and the waiter was talking too much with angry face.. and they will tell you that’s that management advice… ? Not advisable for long stay. They will treat you poor and poorer.

Prepaid for booking on a third party website. Was mistakenly charged for my reservation on arrival. They couldn't figure out how to reverse the charge, so I asked my credit card company to cancel, but Rand unfortunately lied to them about the situation when they were contacted. They have stopped responding to my emails and Whatsapp messages and are currently holding a great deal of my stolen money.
