I had a lovely stay for 2 weeks.... It's not a luxurious option... but it got the job done perfectly... Very nice and supportive staff, very clean, good quality when it comes to furniture, reasonably priced compared to other good level Hotel and finally it has perfect location.. Note that Riyadh is going through shortage due to the current high demand and the low available supply in the hospitality offering..

The location is truly outstanding, boasting one of the largest product markets right in front of the hotel. In the surrounding area, there are numerous options for savoring local cuisine and accessing essential services. The only aspect that could benefit from improvement is the age of the apartments. A renovation would undoubtedly elevate the overall satisfaction level of future stays to that of a 4-star hotel.

The room service is amazing, the front desk staff are very helpful and cooperative. The hotel is a bit old, but will maintained.

I have never scene such a terrible 4 star hotel. Don't know how it's a 4 star hote. Pathetic service and room and everything. Stayed here for three nights but never again. And I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
