I have been staying here almost weekly since January 2022. It is a beautiful hotel with numerous pools, gyms etc. It is a true gem in Riyadh. The best part for me is the staff. The employees are always so warm and welcoming. Big shout out to Oscar in the restaurant, he is always so friendly and happy and has remembered my name since the very time we met. He always goes above and beyond, anticipating what we would like, he is amazing with the guests and I am always happy to see his smiling face welcoming me at breakfast. Also a shout out to Robin at the front door who is always so kind and helpful. Overall a wonderful hotel, made even better by its wonderful staff.

Our family and friends had a breakfast buffet at Radisson Riyadh Airport.It was our first time in the place and since we do Hotel hopping we enjoy and had an excellent experience in the place. The restaurant shop is so accommodating and respectful.We meet Mr Carlos who did a very Warm welcome and polite and with an excellent customer service

The overall hotel is fantastic rooms, restaurant, services. Except the bathroom of the Masjid , no hand soap gel all the time and the light needs to be fixed as it is not stable some time on some time off by itself - i went there 5 times and the same issue i found , and i can say that the hotel management don't care about it.

Very clean hotel in a closed compound area. Currently still a bit a standalone place but with decision to close the old airport in the city, there will be more developing around. Rooms are spacy and clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet is a good selection of foods, very fresh and tasty. Service is nice and helpful. There is several pools in the facility.

Hotel is new and very nice. Staff is smiling but some of them don't render good service; example: reception and operator rarely answer the phone, asked for a wake up call to go to airport but never received it, asked for someone to take my luggage but to no avail. Buffet needs more variety.
