Very disappointed with the hotel so far. Room phone not working, no response from reception, reserved a suite for 4 with two beds and three bathrooms but only two towels, had to go down a couple of times just to get more towels, one bathroom drain is clogged, no hair dryer, windows not sound proof, there's on going construction in the area didn't let us sleep. Breakfast was ordinary but Alhamdulillah. One staff was kind enough to get omelette for kids. Five stars to him in person.

The Bus Service every hour to Haram makes it a good choice to stay as compared to other hotels in and around the Haram. Price are reasonable so expect not too much. The rooms are large, clean and have sufficient lights and lamps. The room service needs to be more effective. Other than that it is a good choice for a family with kids. You have good restaurants and shopping malls nearby at the Walking distance as well.

The place is a nice and clean place. The location is about 15 to the great mosque by bus. There are some reasturen and some shop places near by. We got 2 room, one with 2 bed, and the other with 3 bed. The 2 bed room is a fine size. Neither big, nor small. The 3 bed room is with main 2 bed and small moving bed. It looks like a 2 bed room, and they place extra bed.

It is nice place I like being there, there is parking fore free. I like the schedule bus for and to the hotel. I think the staff need to be more polite, and they don’t clean the room every day, also I didn’t find a brush teeth.

Nice hotel and deserves good remarks like below things were awesome. 1. Washrooms / Shower 2. Reception was bit slow but treatment is good 3. Parking upto B3 and now a days available.. 4. Comfortable beds and furniture Now below are observations where they need improvement. 1. Shuttle timings .. very limited and even it takes until Jamarat Parking only 2. Carpet of the room needed some proper cleaning 3. Reception should be fast in letting travelers check in
