The rooms are luxurious. I received a decadent assortment of baked goods and fresh fruit in my room upon arrival, and I'm not even a Hyatt rewards member. Great attention to detail. The view from my patio was heavenly. This is a great escape location for couples or anyone just looking to get away and relax.

Outstanding experience at the Spa. Really amazing place and very nice staff. Massage is excellent. The steam room is very big and beautiful. The spa is one of the best. Well done!

Excellent and friendly services at Lobby Lounge - especially Sala did a great job! We really enjoyed delicious hummus and others.

Had a very disappointing experience today viewing the wedding halls at park hayat. Murooj , The hall manager has none communication skills. No information about the hall. Wasnt ready with the keys to see services related to the halls. And we had to wait for her once we arrived. The experience should be better and more lively. If it wasnt for the beautiful halls park hayat has to offer morooj didnt help ar all.

Still remembering the very disgusting smell of the beds that I have ever used in my life. Unfortunately; it was the worst night and it was the only available room then! .. A "nightmare" & I will never ever repeat staying in this hotel.
