Amazing view and we feel relax and enjoyed. We liked Arabic sweet and fruits too much ? Many thanks and special thanks for the waiter “Salahuldin “ He was outstanding in every thing. We advice any one need to enjoy the morning hours to visit park Hyat lounge?

I used to visit this hotel to enjoy the lobby, spa and restaurant for many years. This time I needed some modifications to my reservation and I had zero cooperation from the receptionist and both her managers. I am really disappointed and I will not visit again

The rooms are luxurious. I received a decadent assortment of baked goods and fresh fruit in my room upon arrival, and I'm not even a Hyatt rewards member. Great attention to detail. The view from my patio was heavenly. This is a great escape location for couples or anyone just looking to get away and relax.

Outstanding experience at the Spa. Really amazing place and very nice staff. Massage is excellent. The steam room is very big and beautiful. The spa is one of the best. Well done!
