Sadly very disappointed ? Start from Receptionist they could be trained better , we hardly managed to get her attention to move her eyes off her phone. Room stinks compared with the corridor and the lobby. The room wasn't clean ? floor sticky and stained my kids feet ,Bathrooms are not that clean either and towels are yellow stained. Finally the Wii fi is so bad.

Very relaxing place and highly recommended for me,many times we came back here I see the improvement of the management..So happy to stay here in few days,very comfortable place,huge rooms with complete needs.Their staff was very accomodating,the one that I love to come back here is they have also the swimming pool.That you can relax with privacy for your family and friend.Thumpbs up for maintaining the cleanliness of the place starting from reception till on designated rooms. Unlimited Wifi and very quick response if you have any trouble encounter.I see the Big changes and more improvement of this place thanks to the managements team and staffs.We love stay and to chose One to one Grand Marbiya Hotel.

Good Hotel Smells good clean and good location near for everything it is just a walk away from corniche and filipino restaurants. Approachable staff and even the security guard are active and always wear a smile.
