Only location is good.... the rooms are too small, carpets are too old.... lights and lamps are still very low.... Food quality is also average.. prices are high...

Overpriced because of the location. Room is very small and my door lock was broken. You won't find proper food nearby. But it is very close to the madina gate, that's why people prefer coming here.

First visit here for Hajj. All points go to the ideal location of the hotel. The rooms are clean but the bathrooms are considerably smaller in size. The cleanliness is above average. They don’t provide slippers for washrooms. The room service is a bit unresponsive in rush hours but overall the staff is pretty well trained and groomed.

Most of pictures are not accurate or fake . Rooms cleanings not great . Bathroom not clean . Services are very poor and Receptionist not aware of thier duties. Totally disappointed as I booked this room from UK and paid in Advanced more than what I should pay. I won't recommend it at all .
