Nusk Al Madinah

Fake Alert!!! All the pics they have uploaded are very old pictures and only 2-3 rooms on the top floor are well decor. They are 2 star hotel it 1 star room service. Very small but washroom even you can not rotate during taking shower carpet were dirty and smelly. I was there for umrah with my wife. I have requested for 2 bed room but they have given 4 single beds Team was very rude and not ready to listen.. AC was making noise worst experience

One of the worst service as i booked my room and asked for bank detail to pay. The lady said no need for now as when you reach you pay and gave me booking number. Once i reached they said the booking canceled and they given room to someone else.

We stayed at this ( Nusk Al Madina). Checked in on 16 Oct and checked out 19 October 2023 Though we booked a couple bed from Bangladesh but during Check in front office staff informed they don’t have couple bed. Given us a 3 single beded rooms which was like a police / army barracks. But the room was so small that if you save your head your body will stuck up with wall or bed. There was no place inside the room to move. Customer service level below the bottom. They neither can talk nor understand English. Only exception was Mr.Ibrahim. He could communicate and give service. We stayed at L 10.We did not get any WiFi line there. Several times I informed. But no result. We got room booking from their Bangladeshi agency who just did his business and got Commission. Not bothered about rooom quality &service quality. It was a terrible sufferings. I, Just advice everyone to think twice before planning to rent this hotel. You will not get any space to keep luggage. We kept just in front of wash room. Front office staff (except Mr. Ibrahim) may be good in their native language only and has no attitude to give service. Suggest everyone to think twice. It was my 3 nighe horrible experience. We been there as pilgrims. Though in the review they committed that would be corrected but seems not done anything.

Assalaam alaykum fellow muslims! me and my family of 5 had visited medina and decided to stay at this specific hotel, i have some cons and pros here, cons include no underground parking even tho it is mentioned on the hotel’s advertisement, so if you’re coming with your car you might have to rethink. Secondly, our room had 3 electricial charging plugs not working, both the night stand small cabinets were not installed properly, we got a used note pad for some odd reason and the hair dryer was not working. Major pro is that its a 2 min walk to the haram. So if you’re looking for a location that is close to the haram but are willing to sacrifice some of amenities, i’d higly recommend this hotel! ?

I have stayed for 4 days at Nusk Al-Madinah hotel as a part of my Umrah Trip, and it was a pleasant experience. 1. Know what to expect I'm aware that a lot of reviews here suggests that the hotel was somewhat dissappointing, but in my experience, Nusk Al-Madinah can be considered as great value if you understand what to expect. 2. It's not a new hotel, and know the location of the hotel Located around 100m from gate 305 of Prophet's Mosque, the walk from the hotel to the mosque is effortless. Note that in order to be this close to gate 305 (within radius of comfortable walking distance), all of the hotel options was similar to Nusk Al-Madinah; it's somewhat an old and established development area for visitor/pilgrims accommodations. From here, you will be approaching Prophet's Mosque from the southern gate/qibla direction. So, you'll find it easier to queue for Noble Raudhah, easier to reach The International Fair and Museum of The Prophet's Biography, and closer to Al-Safiah Health Care Center. I also want to note that I have the opportunity to explore the southern area of the hotel, reached Bilal's Mosque, and visiting Chef's Market. Here you'll find solid value meal, all within walking distance from the hotel. 3. Understand that it's always in high demand Since it's located on a prime location and in a high demand, make sure to book Nusk Al-Madinah accordingly. I will suggest to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance, and make sure to paid some booking fee (it's best to paid full) to be able to have effortless check-in process. A lot of guests somehow had a bad experience checking-in, while I checked-in effortlessly. I also appreciate that the reception staff speaks english well and clear. 4. What to expect about the room I couldn't see the hotel as a 4-star hotel, as it lacks of certain facilities and amenities to be a 4-star hotel. But be sure that the room is more than proper. As far as I'm concerned, the room is clean, comfortable, and properly maintained.
