Many basic amenities were missing. Phone was not working at all. For Room service have to call 5-6 times and then someone was picking the call. It was so frustrating at the moment when no one was there to listen. Same experience with reception as well. All staffs or workers were too less trained as from no where can say that it's a 4 star property. I am on a business trip for last 3 weeks and have been to 7-8 hotels in last 3 weeks, and Novitel Dammam business park is the worst experience ever in any 4-5 star property

The most beautiful and unique experience for the first time to do a massage and a Moroccan bath with the specialist. Thank you Kim. A creative massage with all the precision in the details. A refreshing feeling. The service and the beauty of the place in terms of decor. I can come back again.

I've stayed in many hotels of the Accor group to date, in different places of the world. I was satisfied with all of them. But I'm extremely angry and unhappy to meet this hotel. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life! There are so many problems that I don't know which one to start with. There are no windows in the rooms, the air is extremely dirty and humid. This is the biggest scandal. The rooms are so old that even the toilet doors do not close. You will visit Dammam, please stay in another hotel. You won't meet worse than this hotel!

Several times i visit Novotel Business Park Dammam to stay for a few days before joining the ship, i feel confortable. The Receptionist their name Abdul Aziz and Samah are very kind to give service for check in (fast and nicely).
