While staying at the hotel, I encountered an inconvenience due to scheduled maintenance that left me without water in the bathroom for a period. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had communicated this maintenance schedule in advance, allowing guests to plan accordingly. I hope they can improve in this aspect for a better guest experience."

I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was great the staff was very nice and helpful specially bell boy mofis and Mr abdullaziz and Ms Lina from front office they were very nice thanks to them.

The best hotel I have stayed at the staff is very nice and the food was delicious I really enjoyed it, I would like to thank Lina and Samah from front office and the bell boy Sohel for there help
