I want to mention about the restaurant Pampas Grill. Especially the manager is so responsive and humble. The entire staff handled my surprise birthday celebrations so professionally. I was very impressed. All stars to the staff of Pampas grill and also the food and the service was top notch.

My husband and I, together with our 2 daughters, have had the pleasure of staying at this lovely resort on two separate occasions and we truly enjoyed every moment! The elegant villas we stayed in were superb...very spacious and complete with all the amenities we could wish for...and remarkably clean which actually satisfied our family's high standards for cleanliness. We also savored all the delectable foods we've tried at the 3 restaurants coupled with the commendable service and warm hospitality of all the staff. Our daughters were also raving the "incredibly relaxing" massage they had at the Ladies' Spa. Even if we didn't take a swim at the beach or the pools (our choice!), we enjoyed the quiet strolls along the esplanade just admiring the beautiful surroundings...and even merely lounging in our villa was very satisfying. Overall, we've had wonderful experiences and we would definitely be happy to go back again. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all the personnel of Narcissus, most especially to the following amazing people who made our stays memorable and special: Ms. Jean, Room Service Manager Mr. Hani, Restaurant Manager JR, Jeric, Jerald, and Rolly, Restaurant Staff Joseph, Room Service Staff Anuf, Shuttle Service Staff (Apologies to those I failed to mention!?)
