Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel

I’m a was receptionist in 5 star hotel this a bad experience in bad hotel ! And a bad check in with a rude reception guy his name “ salman “ He talked with me by rude way! I didn’t saw any hotel ask the guests where are u going? Why u bring the food !!! How many one in the suite!!! BTW , I reserved Suite not room ! It’s fine if we are 5 person! Also the bad service is it to much delay for everything And nobody answer my calls! I can’t come anytime more for sure !

For a 5 star hotel the room was good but the reception, house keeping and room service was not good, we asked for water toileteries and cleaning for 3 days but the only sent water. In the end of our three days stay our rooms were full of trash and we had to buy our own soap and shampoo for the bathroom.

The worst experience I've ever had, I booked two rooms and requested that they be close to each other, and they confirmed it. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room in the first east and a room in the last west of the hotel. As I arrived at 6 p.m., one of the rooms hadn't yet been cleaned from the previous lodger. I called the room service and they said this was not their responsibility, it had to be handled by the reception. Finally, the reception answered my call after 20 minutes and said they would call me within five minutes. After 15 minutes, I called again and they told me that the room could not be cleaned now and I would be given another room, but there aren't any available rooms on same the floor. I rejected the offer and decid to cancel my reservation, I went to the reception and took the long and slow line to finally ask about cancelling my reservation. They then said they have a room on the same floor and close to the other room that you can take it or you requset the cancelaion from booking and they will never gave up on the reservation fee. As a result of my lateness for umrah and the staff's rude behavior, I had no choice but to take it. At night I discovered my replacement room was heavily smelling of smoke and the fridge in the other room was not working...

That’s the worse 5 starts hotel I’ve been ever! I’d not give you even 2 stars. 1. dirty! Garbage on the floor from my check in day 2. Asked 2 days to clean my room and they didn’t! 3. Couldn’t call to reception, no reply 4. Phone in washroom not working 5. Water in shower sometimes too hot and other days too cold 6. No hair dryer 7. We were fasting and I ask to bring water to my room at least before fajr and they didn’t! 8. Very very bad wifi, it’s like you don’t have it at all 9. Staff don’t speak English 10. Female washroom in lobby didn’t work or was super dirty like I couldn’t even enter it because of smell 11. I was asking to clean my room 3 times and they didn’t clean it they just brought towels and toilet paper! Didn’t even make bed and wash the floor, didn’t change garbage bags! If you have such a huge hotel you have to know how to take care of your costumer service. It’s 1 out of 10!
